Stephanie Slaski, MMS,PA-C
Stephanie Slaski, MMS, PA-C, is a welcome addition to East Penn Dermatology, joining the team in September 2018. Stephanie comes to us as a board-certified physician assistant from Columbus, Ohio where she has been practicing dermatology since 2014. Stephanie grew up in Eagleville, PA and earned her undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biobehavioral Health with Highest Distinction Honors (We Are!...). She then earned her Master of Medical Sciences degree from Salus University’s physician assistant program in Philadelphia, PA where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Upon passing her boards, her husband’s career led her to central Ohio, whereby she trained and worked alongside the Midwest’s most well-renowned dermatopathologists, Mohs surgeons, cosmetic and general dermatologists. During this time, she also served as a clinical preceptor for physician assistant students on rotation, while also teaching dermatology to first year physician assistant students at Ohio Dominican University. While she has had the privilege of serving thousands of patients in the Midwest, Stephanie is thrilled to be back home on the East Coast and to have the opportunity to provide dermatological care to the community where she was born and raised.
Stephanie is proficient in diagnosing and treating a myriad of dermatologic disorders among pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients including skin cancer screening, detection, and treatment, eczema, warts, psoriasis, and rashes. Although she loves all aspects of dermatology, Stephanie takes special interest in the treatment of adolescent and adult acne, consciously taking the time to customize and tailor treatment plans, while also addressing each patient’s concerns and goals along the way. In addition to specializing in acne, Stephanie also has a focal interest in performing cosmetic procedures (Botox®, Dysport®, hyaluronic acid fillers, and Kybella®) with an emphasis on providing natural results. She takes great pride in practicing by the mantra that “the best cosmetic treatment is undetectable and keeps you looking like you”. Whether you are struggling with acne, are due for a skin check, or have questions about general skin care, Stephanie is passionate about her patients and their concerns, and is committed to providing the highest level of dermatological care within a pleasant and compassionate environment.
When not practicing medicine, Stephanie enjoys weekends in Avalon (under an umbrella, of course), Penn State football, horseback riding, Pilates, traveling with her husband, and spoiling her cat. She truly loves her career as a dermatology physician assistant and looks forward to meeting you and catering to your needs wherever you may be in your dermatological journey.
